Pitch hire
- More than 24 hours before kick-off: cancel or reschedule free of charge from your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method (or account credit if you prefer).
- Within 24 hours: no refund, but we'll convert the payment to account credit if we can re-let the slot.
Parties, corporate events & buy-outs
Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event but can be moved to another date once. Balances are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event.
Tournaments
Entry fees are refundable up to 7 days before the tournament. After that, teams can transfer their place to another team.
Weekly matches & passes
Cancel a weekly match before the cancellation window shown on the session and we'll credit your account or pass. Unused pass credits expire on the date shown on the pass. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the billing period.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months.
If we cancel
If we ever have to cancel (for example, for maintenance), you'll get a full refund or a free rebooking — your choice.
